What are the dates and times for the SEPN Santa School 2026?
The SEPN Santa School will be held from April 7th to 9th, 2026 in Haguenau, in the Bas-Rhin region of France. Classes start between 8:00 and 9:00 AM each day and end around 5:00 PM. Afternoon activities generally end around 5:00 PM, and the graduation banquet takes place around 6:00 PM, with dinner around 7:00 PM.
Please note: our Santa School is open year-round for online classes and for two magical days from November 26th to December 23rd, which will be held on Thursday and Friday for seminars.

What time should I arrive on the first day?
The doors open early. Please arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. The address will be sent to you by email to register and collect your welcome pack.
What do I need for registration?
We have received your registration information. You will receive the official 2026 Santa's School badge, which is personalized and requires your name. This badge is mandatory for all school activities. Pre-registered students will also participate in events.

Can my spouse/guest attend the classes?
All classes and on-site events are exclusively for registered students. If your spouse/guest paid their registration fees upon enrollment, they may participate in the "Adventure" activity and/or the graduation banquet and meal.
Ticket access requirements: Adult tickets (for those aged 18 and over) for events reserved for guests can be purchased on our registration page.
🎁 Special Adventures with Santa Claus (Details and ticket prices for guests)
Christmas Market Adventure (approximately 4 hours in Strasbourg): €110 per person.
Includes lunch, bus transportation, a visit to the Strasbourg Christmas Market (Christmas shop), sightseeing, and shopping in Strasbourg.
Graduation Banquet (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM): €75 per person.
The graduation ceremony is at 6:00 PM and includes dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
(Both events are included for registered students; tickets for guests are available for purchase separately.)

What should I bring to class?
Your official Santa Claus pendant (required for entry).
New students receive the SEPN Santa Claus School course materials upon arrival.
Students may bring paper and a pen for taking notes.
We provide everything else; no need to bring any learning materials.
🧤 Costume, Beard, and Transformation into Santa Claus
Do I need to bring my own costume or beard?
No, you don't need a costume, beard, or accessories. Santa's School teaches you how to embody the spirit of Santa Claus. Vendors will be on hand if you wish to purchase accessories, but our priority is authenticity and individuality: one Santa, not a group!
Is it better to have a real beard?
Not necessarily. We'll teach you techniques for creating a realistic beard, and our wig expert will help you choose and style authentic-looking hairpieces.
🦌 Reindeer Rules (Dress Code)
What is the expected attire at school?
Casual and comfortable clothing is ideal for daytime classes (bring several layers for autumn or winter in Alsace). For the graduation banquet, please wear your best attire; elegant clothing is reserved for special occasions (no Santa, Mrs. Claus, or elf costumes).

🚍 Travel and Accommodation
Is transportation included?
You are responsible for your own transportation to Haguenau (we do not offer airport shuttles). We provide transportation to the Christmas market in Strasbourg and other destinations.

Can I record or film during Santa's School?
Please refrain from taking photos or videos during classes. Recording lectures and activities is prohibited out of respect for our speakers and for the integrity of the program.
🎁 Gift Certificates
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes! Email us to request one, and we will send you a printable certificate containing a unique, one-time-use registration code, valid for tuition payment.
🔁 Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it, we'll miss you! To cancel, email sepn@santaclaus67ecoledupolenord.fr and ensure you receive an acknowledgement from SEPN.
Refund Schedule:
Within 30 days: refund minus €150 per booking.
After 30 days: non-refundable.
Eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer or check.
